    This is actually the same swivel as style #144 above but with memory return. For safety and easy installation, a stud bolt is used instead of bolt hole. 4 threaded 1/4" stud bolts are anchored securely at 2 1/2" on centers. So instead of installing a bolt, you install a nut. The longer length of the plate will not alter or interfere with mounting and is to accommodate the black (see Arrow) "kid proof" heavy duty left and right positive stop.
