In 1996, there was a lack of information and available product for both repair shops and individuals. Abacus ventured onto the Internet offering difficult to find fine quality office swivel chair parts and more with a "no minimum merchandise quantity purchase" policy.

In addition, we are the largest stocking supplier of bar stool and chair swivel replacements offering more in stock variety and styles than anyone else.
Our recently expanded warehousing facility ensures that every order regardless of quantity will be shipped the day of order or not later than the following day. Anyone of course could be sold out on any one particular item. Our average in-stock position is 99.99% or better.
We are fully aware that shipping costs have risen. Multiple item purchases are always condensed into a single carton whenever possible, thereby reducing the shipping cost to you. In addition, multiple items of same size cartons may be strapped together (minimal extra cost) to ship as a single carton, reducing shipping cost.
